I don’t know about where you live, but in the Portland metro area today it has been damn hot! The hilarious cartoon above may be somewhat of an exaggeration, but the screen cap below from the Weather Channel’s web site is not:
Things might be different if I had central air conditioning, but alas, all I have is a bunch of fans scattered all over my condo. Even with the furnace turned on at the “fan only” setting to move the air around helps only a little. It has been too warm and stuffy to do much of anything, including write.
Needless to say, there will be no JFASN tonight. Temps are supposed to cool as the week goes by (after hitting 100 tomorrow!), so perhaps we can meet back here next Saturday under better conditions.
