August 5 Update

The first of August has come and gone, and you may be wondering about the future of this blog. Well, that makes two of us.

What I do know is, either the dental lab or my dentist screwed up the mold for my Sleep Apnea appliance, because it would not fit when the dentist tried to show me how to use it last Monday.

After 10 minutes or so of trying in vain to make it work, he gave up. He made a new mold and sent it off to the lab, and now it will be at least another week before he receives the new appliance and we will try it again.

Needless to say, this was a very disappointing turn of events. I woke up that morning with high hopes of getting my first good night of sleep in years that night. Instead, I wound up having one of the worst.

That pretty much says it all, for now. Stay tuned for further developments.
